A: The first step is to submit a “Maintenance request” through the Resident Portal, this will alert our team that there’s a problem. Additionally, you can call our office, text or email us, we will have all the resources necessary to make sure any questions/concerns regarding furniture and appliances will be resolved as quickly as possible.
Q: The fire alarm keeps going off while cooking. How do I stop the alarm once it happens and how do I prevent this from happening again?
A: If your fire alarm sounds, quickly grab a towel and waft air toward the fire detector to silence it; this will take roughly 30 seconds. To prevent this from happening again cook at lower temperatures for longer periods of time. Be observant of what is being cooked and how you are cooking.
Q: What are the policies on guests?
A: Please check your lease and work with your roommates before inviting a guest to stay. Violations will result in additional rent being charged to your unit.

Q: My neighbor's music is preventing me from studying and sleeping, what do I do?
A: First, try and resolve the issue by going to your neighbor and politely asking them to keep the music at a lower volume. If this doesn’t work, call the office for assistance and the issue will be resolved.
Q: What should I bring to my Apartment?
A: Coordinate with your roommates in advance. You will need kitchen items and utensils, bedding items, clothes, toiletries, desk lamp, school supplies.
